That's right.
But very few had them fitted. They definitely sounded best on the 500/4.

You're not a truck driver by any chance?

Ah, funny you should mention Marvin pipes.
My current 750k1 project will be fitted with a original unbaffled Marvin! With bell mouths. So it should howl a bit.

CB750 / Diode?
« on: November 18, 2018, 11:44:46 AM »
Hello.
When I stripped my current 750k1 project. The wiring was a home made rats nest. So I just cut everything out.
But now I am installing a new harness & when looking through my box of electrical components I find a Diode. This was fitted to the bike when I got it. But the parts book doesn't show the K1 having a Diode.
I believe this Diode is to allow the bike to start in gear with the clutch pulled in.
My question is. Can this Diode be fitted into a standard K1?
And if so. Where does it go?
I'm afraid that I'm a real Dimmock where electrics are concerned.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.
Sean.

Thank you any way.

Everything looks to be good.
But something obviously isn't.

Yes indeed.
A spelling mistake on my part I do apologise to those of a pedantic bent.
But you got my gist.
Poor spelling & grammar is one thing.
But it is damn bad manners to point it out.
Regards as always
Sean.

That's why I won't use Americanisms
Like Tightanium for instance.
But I think everyone will get the gist of my original post.
So I shall await the answer to my question.

Well Rob.
Make sure it's a French Omelette. As they only use one egg.
Because in France. One egg is un ouef!
