took an hour to do the 5 miles to work, my mate who live round the corner left an hour later that me (i left at 7:30) didn't get in till 11:30,Lincoln was at a stand still.

Rained a midday, all gone...

OK I'm peed off!

It is NOT the worst snow in 20 years-----its just the worst in LONDON for 20 years!!!!!

At last someone else knows, I've been fed up with the news folk going on and on about how bad it is, as if we've never had it this bad --- RUBBISH --- I can remember at least 5 instances where we've had 5+" of snow and 3ft drifts in that last 20 years,

We had heavy snow till about 9pm, in fact at 8 we were out with the dogs, they love finding snowball in deep snow. At about 10 onwards it seemed to start raining, at 8 this morning -2 and could open the car doors frozen solid

Back from work, no problems, starting to settle on the roads as it get colder, weather guy says 5" tonight - we'll wait and see

Why was the underground closed??? I thought that was the point..... It's underground  ???

Thanks Bryan, I'll do some research...the helicoil job is on the wifes CB650 nighthawk, I'll give anything a go, my only concern is with it being the US Import parts are a bitch to get if I balls it up


the CB250 has a front disc and rear drum and only need an decent exhaust to finish it

And the gs450 needs the starter motor sorting.

I used these, they are not an exact match, but hidded behine a side panel you can't see them

Well, been to RWH and they don't do it "in Situ", he rekons only 1 in 10 are ever succesfull any nearly all end up with swarf in the valve seats.
