Any of you guys converted air assisted forks to conventional? Reason I'm asking is my good lady has a 650 shitehawk (sorry, Nighthawk
) and she has to stand on tip toe when stationary, so I want to drop the front forks in the yokes about an inch, but because the link pipe for the air assistance runs under the fuse cover, it doesn't look possible unless I can get rid of the air set up. Any ideas?
