400 Carbs from a Bloke in Hull

The Hull guy gets his Viton seals locally .. he also has a batch of the  little machined press in pins that retain the the carb operating shaft in the main alloy mounting plate..... such is the attention to detail. I would say the carbs that he sold my mate were at least as good but not as  'blingy' as the Gerben ones I have .. My Gerben ones have pattern brassware and a spray painted alloy plate and replated but slightly nadgered JIS screws ..plus this guy tests/syncs the carbs on his own 400/4. OK you can't hope to then put them on your own 400 and not have to re-do them but they must be  pretty damn close. He has offered my mate £60/70 for his old set.

Hi ...  I called him and he doesn't really take on carbs for other people. He just builds set when he can get the and then sells them on eBay. I think somebody on here contacted him via eBay and he is telling them when the set he is currently doing. he offered £60-£70 for my mates old set.
